I attended the respected school of East West College of Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon, known for its studies in kinesiology, anatomy, and physiology. This education has opened my world to a deeper understanding of movement and healing.
I currently work with a team of physical therapists and out of my private studio. I offer Swedish massage, chair massage, supportive yoga routines that support your body's current needs, massage on concentrated areas for range of motion support, and of course massage for deep relaxation.
