Class Descriptions

Private Sessions (Yoga Coaching):

Whether you have a home practice you need some coaching on, a beginner wanting to create a home practice, or recovering from re-hab in some form, this is a great alternative if you want outside support, or prefer the one on one coaching. A fun collaborative effort!

Gentle Beginning:

For beginners and folks with limitations. An excellent introduction to yoga.

All Levels:

This class is designed for all levels of experience, but not appropriate if you are not able to get up and down from the floor. Focus will be on a balanced practice of stretching and strengthening at a moderate pace.

Continuing:

For those with at least 2 years of yoga, with good body awareness, and no major injuries. Please have an ability to pace yourself and know your limits. This class will focus on deeper strength work, balance poses and flows, relaxation and stillness woven throughout the sequence.

Please Note:

Wear clothes that are comfortable to move in, preferably fitted. Please arrive on time! Classes will begin promptly on schedule. Please discuss injuries current and past with the instructor before class.
