Continuing:
For those with at least 2 years of yoga, with good body awareness, and no major injuries. Please have an ability to pace yourself and know your limits. This class will focus on deeper strength work, balance poses and flows, relaxation and stillness woven throughout the sequence.

All Levels:
This class is designed for all levels of
experience, but not appropriate if you are not able
to get up and down from the floor. Focus will be on a balanced practice of stretching and strengthening at a moderate pace.

Gentle Beginning:
For beginners and folks with
limitations. An excellent introduction to yoga.
